Yoga is something that gives you feel-good moments in yoga class as well as throughout the day. When someone wants to work on the flexibility of body and peace of mind, should go for yoga practice.
Yoga is an immense science, practising asanas and pranayamas are just a part of it. The change starts when you start your journey of yoga. It helps to cleanse your body, mind and soul gradually. The deep involvement in Yoga leads to spiritual awakening.
Being a yogi and yoga guru, I love to change people’s lives physically, mentally and spiritually. Bringing peace in someone’s life is too difficult during the present situation of the corona pandemic and busy stressful lifestyle.
Yoga – Pranayama and breathing exercises helped a lot in Covid patients and their family members, by increasing lung capacity and reducing stress levels. I also noticed who are a regular practitioner of yoga have least affected by Covid. The corona is not over yet and the third wave is expected to come in the next 2-3 months, I would advise incorporating yoga in your daily routine as a preventive measure.
